Refunds and Cancellation

Simple: Bloom is paid once, and refunds are for payment mistakes.

Last updated 2 November 2026

The short version

  • Bloom passes are final once they're switched on.
  • Charged twice, charged wrongly, or paid without getting Bloom? You get your money back.
  • Nothing renews, so there's nothing to cancel.

1Our refund rule

Bloom is a digital pass that starts working as soon as it's switched on, so payments are final and we don't give refunds for a change of mind or for time left unused. Sprout is free, so you can try Memora fully before you pay.

2When we do refund

We refund the full amount if:

  • you were charged twice for the same pass;
  • you were charged the wrong amount;
  • your payment went through but Bloom wasn't switched on and we can't switch it on within 2 working days;
  • money left your account for a payment that failed. Banks usually return these by themselves within 5 to 7 working days; if yours doesn't come back, write to us and we'll chase it.

3How to ask

Write to hello@learnmemora.in within 30 days of the payment with the email on your Memora account, the date, the amount, and the payment ID from your receipt or bank message. We'll reply within 2 working days.

4How long it takes

Once we approve a refund, it goes back to the way you paid (UPI, card or bank) within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

5Cancellation

Bloom doesn't auto-renew, so there's nothing to cancel: your pass simply ends on its date and you're back on Sprout, with your words and progress kept. You can stop using Bloom at any time, but the remaining time isn't refunded. Deleting your account also doesn't refund a running pass.

6Delivery

Bloom is delivered online: it's switched on for your account within minutes of payment (at most 2 working days if something needs checking by hand). Nothing is shipped.

7Changes

If we change this policy, the new version applies to passes bought after the date at the top. Questions? Write to hello@learnmemora.in, or see our Contact page.
