Terms of Use

The rules of the road for using Memora, in plain words.

Last updated 2 November 2026

The short version

  • Sprout is free for good. Bloom is a pass you pay for once.
  • Bloom never renews by itself: it ends on its date.
  • Memora helps you prepare, but no one can promise a score.

1Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Memora, run by Anurag Kumar, Bhagalpur, Bihar, India. By using learnmemora.in or the Memora app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to them with you.

2Your account

Give a real email address and keep your sign-in safe. One account is for one person: please don't share it. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at hello@learnmemora.in if you think someone else is using it.

3Plans and payment

Sprout is free. It includes today's Daily RC with its Answer Autopsy, your SWOT, 5 new words a day (up to 100), three games, and 1 play a week of the AI story games.

Bloom unlocks everything. It's a pass you pay for once, in Indian rupees, at the price shown when you buy:

  • By time: 1, 3 or 12 months from the day it's switched on.
  • Till your exam: until the results season of the exam you pick: CAT passes run until 31 January after the exam, IPMAT passes until 31 July of its year.

Bloom never renews automatically and nothing is charged again. When your pass ends you're back on Sprout, and your words and progress stay. Prices can change, but never for a pass you've already bought.

So the AI stays quick for everyone, Bloom includes up to 3 AI story games a day and 20 Coach replies a day.

Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4Fair use

"Unlimited" in Bloom means as much as one person studying can use. To keep Memora running for everyone, AI features have daily limits that normal study never reaches. We may pause an account that uses Memora in a way no student would, such as automated requests.

5Using Memora well

Please don't:

  • copy, resell or republish Memora's content, or scrape it with bots;
  • try to break, overload or get around Memora's limits or security;
  • choose a board name or send anything that's abusive, hateful or pretends to be someone else;
  • use Memora for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

6Content

Memora's app, design, explanations, word cards and pictures belong to Memora. Past exam papers belong to the bodies that set them and are shown for practice. Some content, including explanations, word cards, pictures and Coach's replies, is made with the help of AI. We check it, but it can contain mistakes: if you spot one, please report it. What you create, such as your own words and notes, stays yours.

7No promise of results

Memora is a practice and learning tool. Estimates such as "where you stand" or Coach's plan are based on your own answers and are only estimates. We can't guarantee any exam score, percentile or admission.

8Keeping Memora running

We work to keep Memora available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or because of problems with services we rely on. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever have to close a paid feature during your pass, we'll offer a fair refund for the time left.

9Ending your account

You can stop using Memora and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account doesn't refund a pass that's still running. We may close an account that seriously breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.

10Limits of our responsibility

Memora is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

11Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there's a problem, please write to hello@learnmemora.in first: most things can be sorted out quickly. Any dispute that can't be settled will go to the courts of Bhagalpur, Bihar.

12Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, if the change matters, tell you in the app. Using Memora after a change means you accept the new terms.
